1 Tea Spoon Chopped Seasoning Peppers

1 1/2 Tea Spoon Chief All Purpose Seasoning

1 1/2 Pounds Irish Potatoes

1 Tea Spoon Chief Curry Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Table Salt

1 Cup Water

1 Tea Spoon Chief Black Pepper

1 Cup Roland Mango Chutney

1 Bottle Soyabean Oil
Method

Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Boil in seasoned water until soft

Mix flour, curry powder, black pepper, baking powder and water. Mix well, knead lightly, cover with a damp cloth and let sit

Divide dough into even balls and flatten each ball into a 5” circle

Place 2 tablespoons of the potato mixture on half of each flattened ball. Fold over and seal well to form a crescent

Fry in hot oil until golden brown

Mix mango chutney and 1 tbsp chopped chives
