Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Baking Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 4oz Margarine (Room Temperature)
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Ball local Cocoa
- 1 Tea Spoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Dutch Lady Whole Milk UHT
Method
- Cream butter, eggs and sugar
- Grate cocoa ball and add to mixture
- Combine flour and baking powder
- Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix well
- Add milk and mix
- Add mixture to a greased pan
- Bake in a moderate oven at 325⁰F for 50-60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean
