                                    Method

                                                Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Boil in seasoned water until soft

                                                Mix flour, curry powder, black pepper, baking powder and water. Mix well, knead lightly, cover with a damp cloth and let sit                                            
- 
                                                Divide dough into even balls and flatten each ball into a 5” circle                                            
- 
                                                Place 2 tablespoons of the potato mixture on half of each flattened ball. Fold over and seal well to form a crescent                                             
- 
                                                Fry in hot oil until golden brown                                            
- 
                                                Mix mango chutney and 1 tbsp chopped chives                                             
-
